This winter Urbano Rentals and Best of Yucatan will have a new website.  This month we are in the process of taking new photographs. Here are some of the first results for one of our most popular vacation rental homes ,L´Orangerie.

Just off the entry you have a sitting room that is part of the “old master suite” furnished with comfy chairs, books and TV.   The suite is air conditioned.

L´Orangerie is furnished with antiques collected over the past decade in the Yucatan and custom designed furnitre designed by Josue Ramos Espinosa.  There is an important collection of contempary photographs and 20th century masters thoughout the home.

The living room is overlooks the portico, garden and pool.  The Royal Palm was less than 2 meter´s high when the house was first renovated a dozen years ago.  Today it is at least 12 meters tall. Most guests take their meals on the Portico.  In fact most of the locals practically live outside in their gardens until dark when they pull their chairs out to the sidewalk and socialize with neighbors and pedestrians.

The New Master Bedroom Suite overlooks the second floor Terrace.  Here you see the steps up to the Roof Terrace and the Master Suite which also has a balcony overlooking the pool.

The New Master Suite is on the second floor surrounded by terraces with windows to the south and west.  Above this suite is the Roof Terrace ideal for sunning or sunset drinks. The mansions on the Paseo de Montejo are a few blocks away. You can see the steeple of the church at Santa Ana and on the other side the Church of the Third Order and Santa Lucia.
